Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my submission limit?
On capped plans, new submissions pause until the next billing window or until you upgrade. Free includes 100 submissions/month, Plus includes 2,500/month, and Pro includes 10,000/month. We never delete existing submissions.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. Contact us or switch to annual in your workspace billing settings.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
All new accounts get 14 days of Pro features for free — no credit card required. After the trial, you'll be on the Free plan unless you upgrade.
What integrations are included on Free?
The production app focuses on built-in submission collection and dashboard review. API access and webhook automations start on Plus, with team notification controls available on higher plans.
How does form setup work?
The shipped builder is manual and reviewable: create fields, configure labels, publish, and collect submissions. AI-assisted setup is planned roadmap work and is not presented as a production feature today.
