Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WandForm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You may use WandForm for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all content you create and data you collect through forms. You must not use WandForm to collect data without proper consent from respondents.

Your data

You retain ownership of all form data collected through your forms. WandForm does not claim any rights to your form content or response data. We process it solely to deliver the service.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use WandForm to collect payment card data outside of our designated Payment field, send unsolicited communications, violate applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

Service availability

WandForm aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
